Cristi Reyes
Low Brass and Marching Consultant ​

Cristi Reyes is a low brass specialist and marching consultant for the Mustang Band. Before retiring, Cristi was a music educator for 28 years, 13 of which she served as the Assistant Band Director at Marble Falls Middle School. Mrs. Reyes has been a huge part of the success at MFHS and MFMS. 

Prior to her time in Marble Falls, Mrs. Reyes also taught in Florence and helped open several Middle Schools in Round Rock.

Mrs. Reyes received her Bachelors Degree from Cameron University in Music Education and Euphonium Performance. Mrs. Reyes also received her Masters from Bowling Green University. 

Mrs. Reyes has been active in music from the age of 11. Cristi has been actively involved in the marching arts since high school and is an Alumni of the Sky Ryders Drum and Bugle Corps.

Mrs. Reyes now owns her own pet business and loves to spend time with her friends, family, and dogs.

Olivia Sinde

Mrs. Sinde is the Elementary Music Teacher at Shady Grove Elementary School in Burnet CISD. She will be entering her sixth year of education and her fourth year at Shady Grove.

​Mrs. Sinde is a graduate of Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas. She received her degree in EC-12 Music Education and Trumpet Performance. Mrs. Sinde had the privilege of studying under Dr. Brian Walker. While in her time at Tarleton State University, Mrs. Sinde was a member of the Sound and the Fury Marching Band, The Wind Ensemble, Jazz Ensembles 1 & 2, and the Trumpet Ensemble. During her time with the Tarleton State Trumpet Ensemble, the group qualified for the National Trumpet Competition where they competed against some the best trumpet ensembles in the United States. 

Mrs. Sinde is an Alumnus of the Blue Stars Drum and Bugle Corps. She was a featured soloist for the Blue Stars in 2015 for their production Sideshow.

In her free time Mrs. Sinde likes to play with her four-year-old dog Navi, play video games, read, cross stitch, practice her trumpet, and spend time with her husband Brandon and daughter Lillian. 

Mrs. Sinde's professional affiliations include the Texas Music Educators Association and member of ITG.
