Race InformationTame the Mustang is a 5k/10k race for runners of any level. Take in the sights of the Hill Country as you make your way through the town of Marble Falls and end in Downtown right next to Old Oak Square. Tame the Mustang is a USTAF certified course and is being professionally timed. Times from this race can be used to help qualify for other races.
Following the Race Downtown Marble Falls is transformed into a large community market sponsored by the Kiwanis Club. We encourage all runners to stick around and see what Market Days and the City of Marble Falls has to offer. We will be set up for packet pick on Friday, March 1st at 5:30 p.m. in Old Oak Square (downtown Marble Falls at the corner of 4th and Main). Race starts at 8:00 a.m on Saturday, March 2nd. All runners will receive a participant medal along with a race shirt. We will award trophies for: 1st place, male and female in each category. |
